Accused of a wrong account

As from the beginning of this year to date, I constantly receiving calls from Daly Credit Corporation on behalf of Mr Price Mobile claiming that I'm not paying my cell phone bill of which I never signed a contract with Mr Price Mobile. They asked for an Affidavit, certified copy of my ID and a page with 10 signatures. First of all I'm on prepaid, I don't know what they are talking about. They keep promising to revert to me with no luck but the next call will be someone from their call centre saying I must pay. I'm tired if this matter, a bit frustrating. Please help!
