(1 Star - if zero was an option), I subscribed to an airtime and data package with MRP Mobile, and while they debit my bank account every month without fail, they did not provide the services they charged for. Despite making countless calls and sending numerous emails to cancel the subscription—and receiving confirmation each time that it was cancelled—the *****ulent debits continue every month. This is more than just poor service; it is outright theft and injustice, as they are knowingly taking money for a service they do not render and ignoring explicit cancellation requests.
