A ********** account was opened in my name in 2017

A ********** account was opened in my name in 2017. I sent all the required documents as requested by MrPMobile. To this day I don't know what was the outcome of the investigation and now my credit report is affected as a result. I have never opened an account with any of the Mr Price stores and do not intend to due poor accountability and terrible service.
