My website is offline and email issues

My website is offline, no one can tell me when it will be up, no one can tell me when an agent will call me<br> <br> For now I am sitting paying for a site I dont have and google adds I am getting no referrals from as my site is BLANK<br> <br> All I can gather is they didnt renew my web name??? Well maybe they did but who knows they dont exactly give you answers you can understand <br> <br> Also my emails are faulty and are no longer being forwarded and my one sub email doesnt work at all. <br> <br> We are losing so much business and are told it will be sorted out but no idea when - but no one has rep**** regarding my emails!!!
