Your service sucks

Order Number: *** The product stated shipped on the 20/07 the product only arrived on the 24/08 after I asked for the product to be cancelled and my money refunded during the 5 week waiting period. I sent the product back with the courier on the day of arrival. My money has still not been refunded! I have contacted Mr. Price Sport numerous times via email, Mr. Price App and via your call centre with no help whatsoever.
