You have failed to deliver twice out of 2 orders

I ordered 2 t-shirt and cuffed pants from your online store and got an email saying the items were confirmed and shipped to my address. I then received an email from one of your contact center agents, saying that unfortunately the pants that I ordered is no longer available and I will be credited. This is the second time I have ordered from your online store and an item have not been available and both time it was cropped pants. The last time I ordered the item suddenly became available the next day at a higher price again and I won’t be surprised if the same thing happens again.

I can honestly say that i will not be buying from your online store again and I will make sure to tell others of these practices.
