Wrongly sized Mr Price Sport spring clips

Hi. So I ordered some gym equipment from Mr Price Sport about 2 months back. I bought a Multifunctional Weight bench and 20 Kg Vinyl Weight Set. From the onset I had an issue with the 3-ring spring clips. Over time the spring clips provided eventually fitted into the dumbbells, but I haven’t had much luck with barbell. For a while I thought I was the issue, until I used one which came with the bench which was a 2-ring spring clip and it seemed to do the trick. But there is only one of them and it doesn’t come from the Vinyl Weight Set. I raised this issue at a Mr Price Sport store and I didn’t get much joy. Their solve was for me to bring all the equipment to store, which is impractical because I had it ordered and delivered door to door and I’ve been using it, so it’s obvious not brand new. I left my details with them with high hopes, but I’ve been waiting since Monday. They asked me to leave my email address, so they could assist accordingly. All I really need are 2 ring spring clips which are not even R30 at a Game store, but when I call the store, I get sent to the customer care line, which is always busy. I’m pretty frustrated because I can’t use my equipment to its full capacity. All I need is for them to send me the right sized clips because obviously there was an issue when they were packing and everyone makes mistakes. I hope I can be assisted in this regard, promptly.
