Wrong size!!!!!!

My Order number ***. I bought things from Mr Price online and I received my order i ordered a size 8 takkies, but they box i written size 8 but on the inside it is size 9.

I contacted your team via whatsapp and i was told I must go to the store to exchange the shoes. so now this must be my problem. i have to use my money to go and exchange these shoes i am not even sure i will get a size.
