Worst store and service ever

i had the absolute worst experience at Mr Price Sport in Eastgate. I drove 40min after confirming with customer that a certain product - skateboard - advertised at R199 was in stock in this store and that there were 5 in stock. it was marked down from R299. I arrived at Eastgate and at first the staff were helpful. thereafter they said they have the product but in store it is marked at R299 and they can'thelp me. I showed them the evidence, the sku number and the picture but they refused to help me. Iwas told that I need to call head office off my cell and Iwaited 10min on my cell and no one from head office answered. Sandra, the store manager said that it'sfalse advertising and it'swrong, that I should get it at R199, as advertised. but she can'thelp me. it's the customer's responsibility to call head office. Ihave never had such bad service, attitude and an experience like this. Iwill never step foot in this store again! out of choice.
