Worst Service Ever!!!!!!!!!

<p>I was at Mr Price Sport Tygervalley yesterday 28.12.2016 where I have purchased 2 single camping mattresses, but what I was indeed looking for was the double mattress. The young lady behind the counter checked on their system for me which store has and she confirmed with Mr Price Sport in Promenade and according to Cindy at that branch they had seven. Today, Thursday 29.12.2016 I drove all the way from Ravensmead to Mitchell's Plain just to get there and be told that Cindy misunderstood. They also only have the single ones. :-(... I then followed up with Tygervalley branch today and the staff member Lajor also made a mistake by giving the single mattress barcode.<br />I feel that the sorry from both the Promenade and Tygervalley branch will not compensate for the non-professionalism I have received from both branches after taking the time in my day to drive out in the hopes of getting these products. This after I've checked and re-checked with the Tygervalley branch to ensure that these are the double mattresses I've been wanting to purchase. <br />Highly disappointed with the quality of service from these stores.</p>
