Worst online shoppping experience

I ordered some equipment on the 8th of June 2021 and I was told it would arrive on 17th June 2021. Today is the 25 June 2021 and my parcel has still not arrived.

The Whatsapp is useless. The website is useless all it tells is that your parcel has been shipped. You can't even track where it is. MRP online experience is the worst rather a person shops at the actual store
