Worst online service

I ordered a christmas gift for someone in December. It is now the 15th of January, I get an email now saying it was never delivered due to the item being out of stock yet there is stock in the store at Mall of the South. What pathetic service is this? I want all my money paid back into my account. This is absolutely terrible service.
