Worst customer service at Mr price sport midrand Carlswald

I went to Mr Price sport Carlswald in Midrand for an exchange or refund. I had the slip and the shoe had the tag on. It was bought today actually.when I got there the store assistant advised that I cannot be exchange because their t ills are down. I should wait it will be back online.I then explained to her that I need to drive back home so that I can fetch my daughter from Creche. Can’t they take the sku number and write it down for the shoe I want and I’ll leave my details and then when the system is back up they can capture my details. The manager Petunia came in and did not even give me a chance to explain anything. With so much attitude she just said I should wait. I’m utterly disgusted with the service I received today. Wasted my time and my diesel unnecessarily. I’m sure Mr price can do better.
