Will never shop there again. Bad bad service

I went into the Mr sport store inside the mall.not the branch outside.when I went into the store I ask for assistance. A guy assist me I was asking him for what I was looking for he pointed me in the direction. I ask him can you please show me where to find the item.he walk me to the shelf pointed again to the item and left.i couldn't ask him for advice. What shocked me the most th store manager was also standing staring at me and saw how I told the cashier that the service is poor..she did acknowledge me at all.i couldn't take their names down beacause no staff member had a name badge on.i didn't bother to ask for their names I bet they would've gave me the wrong names aswell
