WHERES MY REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order on 13th Dec 2024. This product was intended for a holiday that was planned for early Jan 2025. I had noticed that there was no movement in the tracking of my order which prompted me to follow up. I was given every story under the sun and still, I was patient. Fast track to the day before my holiday which was the 2nd Jan 2025, they still could not confirm the whereabouts of my order at which time, I requested that my order be canceled. I received the notification within minutes confirming the cancelation and I was advised that the funds would reflect within 5-7 working days. It is now almost 1 month later, and I have yet to receive my money. Their customer service vial email is non-existent. Every time I request assistance, I am met with radio silence. They maintain they refunded me but when I request a proof of refund and/or provide them with my statement confirming that NO funds have been received from them, they stop engaging/responding.

As it stands, I am out of pocket with both my product and my money and they refuse to help. When I call their help center, I am told that they cant assist me, they cannot redirect me to a department that can help. Instead, I am told to email which I have done numerous times, all of which, have been unhelpful.
