Where is the stuff

Whilst buying a pair of rugby togs for my grandson I noticed that the studs were incomplete. I asked a shop assistant to help me. She could also not find the rite studs for the togs so she said she would look in the storeroom and left us standing there. After about 15 minutes of standing I decided to leave when the mentioned person came rushing out and shouted \Where is the stuff"I asked here what stuff bur she shouted even louder \""Where is the stuff\"" I told my daughter to go and collect my phone from my car but this \""person\"" prevented the child from doing so. I insisted that she get the security as there was no security in that shop. The person that assisted us never returned and we were told that she had gone on lunch. Extremely unprofessional and humiliating experience. These people need to by removed from any contact with the public. """
