WHERE ARE MY ORDERS!!!!!!

I placed two online orders for click and collect on the 28th July which was shipped on the 30th July. It is now the 13th August and every day I get told it will be delivered to the store the next day, or we will escalate with the courier company. This is honestly the worst online order experience and the worst customer support thereafter I have ever had. I want someone to tell me exactly where my orders are or refund me. No one comes back to me on the online chat platform after saying they will, when I call I am told that it will be delivered the next day, same with email. So it leaves me feeling helpless because I cannot get anyone to tell me where these orders are. Pathetic service and will never purchase from again or recommend anyone else to.
