Very Shoddy Service

i bought a bike from Mr Price Sport and I needed a bike rack that fits on my trunk as i dont have a bike rack.I have been continuously checking with Mrprice Sport and i have been told that they don have any.I have treid Pavillion and they have the two bar type.I have tried Argyle and they did not have .I then tried southcoast Mall and a guy by the name of Richard told me he has one and i was so reilved that i finally got the rack i needed.I asked him to courier the rack to Gateway as i live in phoenix .The rack arrived at gateway after a 2 week and i went in to fetch it .The box was broken but was taped with Mr price Tape .I asked the lady Gugu if everything was in there and she said yes.I took the rack home and opened the box and found that all the strews and attachment were missing.This box has being torn open and the contents removed.the *****s and the straps to hold the bike onto the rack were missing.Is this how Mr Price Operates .I phoned Richard from south coast mall and said that he was going to source the straps for me ,but did not return my calls.Is this how Mr Price operates.You'll sell broken items to customers .I am really disappointed in the service i got from Mrprice Sport and I would not bother going into this store to buy anything again.
