VERY POOR SERVICE!

My wife and I had to get a last minute item. We went to the Mr Price Sport at Loch Logan Waterfront in Bloem on 16 March 2016 at 17:53. When we got there the shop doors were already closed, luckily another customer managed to convince the assistant to let her in and we \snuck' in as well. Remember the time was 17:53. I asked him why the doors were closed and he responded that they close at 17:45? When we got the relevant department 3 staff members were sitting on the gym equipment using their cell phones, one looked up and we asked if they had self inflating mattresses? The gentlemen just pointed and said \"they are over there\". I laughed at the lack of effort and poor service and looked for the item we wanted but could not find it on the shelves, we then opted for another camping type mattress. We got to the till point to pay, my wife also got some clothing items in a hurry, we were treaded really poorly. No one greeted us, we had to guess which till to go to as all the others were busy cashing up. The man who helped us at the till was the only person who was friendly towards us. What a bad experience! It goes beyond me that paying customers can be treated to poorly."
