VERY POOR SERVICE!

On the 3rd and 5th of February, I visited this store...On both occasions I had to queue over 25minutes because apparently the other cashiers had already cashed up. whilst on the 5th there were over 3 cashiers loitering by the tills \apparently unable to help\" as they were done for the day. We tried to voice our feelings as the queue was pilling up, but nothing changed!<br> <br> According to my understanding the store closes at 18:00, but from 17:30 other tills aren't operational regardless whether there's queue or not! <br> <br> This behaviour is truly unacceptable and annoying! please may you address your staff."
