VERY POOR DELIVERY SERVICE

I have had it happen twice now where delivery takes almost a whole month for something very simple. I usually order well in advance of when I need something so that it will be on time and still Mr Price cannot seem to get it right.

Customer service says they will send a message to couriers but they could just as well leave it, it makes no difference.

I have a very sad 7 year old today because his parcel did not arrive on time for his Birthday.
