Very late delivery of goods ordered
I placed my online order on 3 December 2015. I was sent an email to say my order was on its way on 7 December. According to the website it should take max 5 days for my delivery to arrive. It's the 17 December and I still do not have my order. I am very disappointed with the service. I have been dealing with the people in customer service and they have also been poor at letting me know what's going on. I will not be using online service again
