Useless online ever....

Feeling extremely frustrated with online... I ordered and pay for my purchase last week on the 18th which was supposed to have reached the store... When I called on Tuesday to check the call center promised me they will notify me why my package is still in centurion on the day after it was suppose to be delivered...now in I paid for something I don't have...I need my package for the weekend.
