Unsolicited emails with no opt out option.

After recieveing advertisments from Mr. P Sport, I followed the link to the unsubscribe page, where I unchecked all options. Still, I recieved mail from them. I contacted them on their facebook page, and got passed off to ********** Who did not reply to my email. I continued to recieve adverts from Mr. P Sport. Sending aderts and not allowing the recipient to opt out of recieving them is in contravention of the consumer protection act (section 45 of the ECTA). But they dont seem to care.

Honestly I know adverts are a part of modern life, but please make sure your unsubscribe systems are functioning correctly to prevent frustration such as this.
