unrealible and pathetic Mr Price Sport Online service

You guys dont even deserve a rating , I have ordered stuff online and i was given a date when the delivery will be made ...too good to be true. I stay the whole day at home waiting for the parcel . I called aroud 15:30 to check status of the delivery i was only told they escalated .I receive an email 16:10 that the delivery has been re-scheduled,

this is the worst customer experience ever ,i must ask someone to stay home and guard the courier guys for delivery...Please do better my time is precious too..respect that
