Unhappy customer

I write this in frustration and disappointment. I made a purchase for my sons swimwear online Mr price sport paid everything perfect. Request it to delivered at Mr price sport in Mall of the South. Order was made on the 27th of September status was saying Shipped it's been on shipped till today . I have made calls to Mr price customer services ,the lady I spoke to Saturday was nice and told me the delivery services they use will ship it out Monday had hope think I would get it today . To my surprise I called again to go another lady Sindiswa who left me on the phone for 15min till I got disconnected she needs training , spoke to Mohammed who did help but cant blame him for the inconvenience I got . We are going away on holiday tomorrow that is Oct 8th I needed the items . I am trusty disappointed at the service and new I have to go purchase somewhere else this items as I didnt get what was due to me. I would love my refund back as I dont need there's items anymore
