Unhappy and inconvenienced

I went to make a purchase on the 31/072023 ATM Mr Price Sprout in Acornhoek Mall for some excise items ,when I got to pay their pos machine processed the transaction but did not clear transactions and no slip was printed,the branch manager asked me to swipe again and asked me for my bank statement so that they can reverse the first transaction that did not print the receipt.i was promised that my money will be refunded within 24hours and what upsets me is that the branch manager does not keep me updated I am the one who keeps on calling her and she does not feedback for me .I get the sense that she does not followup my query with their accounts department.Branch manager is giving and indication that she does not care about her customers.this was really an inconvenience fore
