Unfair treatment

I went to the shop to return the clush bag i bought and I didn’t have a slip the security said it’s fine and when I enter at the till the sales lady call the mananger she was white her and the assistant mananger the where out of the shop and the staff didn’t no where they are except knowing they went inside the mall and we have to wait for them and when she came there she didn’t even look at the bag instant she told us she can’t help starting the show us the back of slip at the first place the sales lady didn’t show us that n I tried to explain to her that the reason I didn’t return it I was admitted and she treat me like someone who came with a cash and buy and I’m an account hold with the shop I feel unfair treated I want to know it’s becaus of color of my skin or that’s how they treat customers like someone who is going to beg
