Unacceptable service

Good day

I would like to express my dissatisfaction on Mr Price after complaining over a week ago on this platform in the quality of this purchase, to date i received no calls.

Yet they conveniently respond to advise that they will be in contact and fail.to do so.

The customer service overall in Mr price is absolutely unacceptable.

I do believe that this matter should proceed further to the Ombudsman.

Based on quality and customer service the Ombudsman can makes its findings clear to.the retailer on what is its expectation to clients.
