Unable to make careless payment

Good day. I went to buy gym clothes and make payment on my account. Only to be told the system does not allow cardless payments. The greenstone branch has battled to improve their systems. I even asked the staff, they are aware that in the last 2 years they have not been able to get payments of this method. But in this pandemic we expect this retailer to make these changes please.
