Treated unfairly

<p>I bought a set of pants at Mr price sport accross Tygervally mall in Western Cape for my dad's birthday. I bought it a month before his birthday and kept it in my room. A few days before his birthday he had a heart attack and passed away. I paid R199 for the pants and I went to the store to exchange it for a voucher to buy something else. The pants still have it's tags on with the price. I explained to them what happened and ask if they will give me a voucher so I can buy something else? They scaned the barcode and wanted to give me a voucher of R35. I told them but I payd R199 and it even say so on the tag. They started getting very rude with me and told me that it is now on special for R35 so that is all I can get. I told them that I am going to put it on Hello Pieter, and they told me I can do what ever I want too, but they wont give me a voucher of R199 back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel that it is very unfair as they got the whole amount of money from me, so they not loosing anything. If that pants was marked up to R300. I don't think that they would have given me R300, because then they are loosing a R100. </p>
