I bought shoes for both my sons online thinking that I would not struggle as Mr Price has been around for years. But I can't even go into my account to check my order process, I never even got an order number. It's been a week and still no feedback on my order. I can't even access the downloaded app. And when I send an email they claim that the email service is under repair. So they stole my money and made sure that I can't even claim it back, since I have no tracking order to go on
