Thank you for 5 star assitance!

This review started out with 1 star but thanks to ANEL at Mr Price Lifestyle it turned out to be a 5 for 5 star customer service. After having Mr Pirce Centurion Mall telling me they are unable to help in the mornings because they are only allowed to keep R500 in store. I escalated this to head office but the service there was even worse. They informed me that this was a store issue and that I should sort it our with them. They refused to give me the area managers number. I then phoned Mr Price Lifestyle to obtain the area managers number and then Anel offered to assist me with the issue. Well done! Maybe Anel should head up your customer service and give some much needed training in customer service. Thank you Anel
