Terrible service with online order at Mr Price Sport

I have ordered an item online that I needed urgently. It has been showing 'shipped' for more than a week now. I have tried numerous times to chat online and follow up on the order without any help. I have phoned the call centre and was put on hold until the line went dead. I still haven't received it. I probably won't be receiving it and I probably won't get a refund. Pathetic service!
