Terrible Online shopping experience
Once of the most terrible online purchase service I have ever dealt with. It takes very long for delivery which you have to pay for and there is no communication from Mr Price regarding the status of your order. When you try and contact them they are extremely busy and not able to assist you. Will never support Mr Price again.

After some effort I found out that my order was still at the branch. after they said it is away for delivery, after I had to wait 20 minutes for a response from the employee at Mr Price Sport Tygervally, eventfully I put the phone down and had to phone again. I was promised to get my parcel today but management just pulled up their shoulders for the possibility that it will only be delivered tomorrow. I have never dealt with such a unprofessional services from a company.
After some effort I found out that my order was still at the branch. after they said it is away for delivery, after I had to wait 20 minutes for a response from the employee at Mr Price Sport Tygervally, eventfully I put the phone down and had to phone again.
