Tennis Racquet restringing machine

i was unable to get my tennis racquet re-strung at the same above-mentioned store where i bought it after it has snapped the strings upon asking one of the shop floor assistants i was informed that the re-stringing machine wasnt working and hadn't been for a few months now and was directed to a Mr Price Sport all the way in Pretoria. i live in WItbank which is 130km drive from Pretoria and it would cost me the equivalent of R300 to drive there before the cost of repairing the racquet. a new tennis racket in the same sore costs R299.
