Store manager giving attitude and call centre not helpful.

I was in the store in fourways mall and the lady refused to help me. Wasted my airtime to call their helpline but the lady told me the store manager is giving her attitude and she escalated the issue to the region manager. The manager told me her name is kgaugelo at this point I can’t even follow up because I am not sure if she gave me the right name.
