*****ing money via EFT

I bought clothes from Mr Price Sport online. I did an instant EFT and the money was deductrd from my account. I did not receive any confirmation that I ordered or anything. I phoned numerous times. Every time I was asked to send the full details and I will be refunded. O was never refunded... I never even heard anything back, after hoe many emails and calls. I asked my bank to reverse the payment. My bank contacted Mr Price but they refused to speak to my bank and would only deal with me directly. What a bunch of *******!!!
