Staff to learn what uni*** means....

<p>A while ago maybe just over a month i went to mr. Price sport, blueroute mall , Cape Town. I needed a new padded cycling shorts . I only ever use it at gym on the spin bike so my knowledge is very limited. </p> <p>On this day i approached a staff member asking if their padded cycling shorts was uni***.... she said yes. I found a pair i liked ,as it looked a bit long i asked her again if it was uni*** and she again said yes. As my knowledge is limited took it and paid.</p> <p>I fitted it at home and found that the padding stuck out BADLY... i returned it to the store to exchange for a smaller size.... but the same thing happened.</p> <p>I thought that as it was uni*** that maybe it just fit badly.... and continued wearing it.</p> <p>Upon returning to the store to get new gym gear i happened to mention this to a different staff member and i was told that they don't stimock uni*** cycling shorts and that i was given incorrect info . She then showed me the ladies cycling shorts.</p> <p>At this point i was extremely unhappy and terribly disapointed . I had already worn the shorts ... and the store was not going to exchange the shorts.</p> <p>After this i sent them an email detailing the story as i did now. I received a confirmation email... followed by another requesting my contact number.... that was over a week ago.... i am still waiting for any other contact from them in this regard.</p> <p>I am using this platform as a last resort. Essentially I'd like exchange the shorts as apologies won't make wearing the shorts less embarrassing. </p> <p>Thank you</p>
