Springs for mini trampoline

Just over a year ago I bought a Maxed mini trampoline at Paarl Mall Mr Price Sport. About a month ago, first one spring and then another one broke. I have been trying since then to get Mr Price Sport to assist me by getting new springs (they do after all sell the item and should be able to get spare parts!). The manager at Tyger Valley, who sometimes goes to Paarl as well, does not phone back with answers, I have to phone back each time. He claims that he cannot get springs, but is willing to sell me a DAMAGED mini trampoline at 50% discount (R225) that I can use as spare parts!!! (Thereby SELLING DAMAGED GOODS at probably NO LOSS to the shop!!! - my own perception) This is not acceptable. I then told him that I would phone the suppliers myself, but he could not give me the name or number of their suppliers of this merchandise. I have, however, forced the issue by telling him that I would phone back after the weekend, at which time he must be able to give me the contact details. This service is a joke! Olivier
