Snobbish service

We entered the Langeberg mall branch in Mosselbay 15h50,they close at 16h00. 2 Men we're busy with the cash up and the rolling door was already rolled down half way down. We knew exactly what we were looking for, 2 long sleeve exercise shirts. We saw them on display and asked the lady do they have long sleeve shirts. She shortly said they don't sell shirts, I said exercise shirts, she again said no. I said but your Mr. Price sport. I walked over to the rack and pulled out 2 shirts, exactly what we were looking for and I told my husband to go fit, after which she followed and answered the fittings rooms are closed. We didn't buy anything... We left the store approximately 15h55. It's not the first time someone complains about this lady and this shop. Can Mr. Price do something about this otherwise I'll completely stop shopping there. I know my 2 to 3 thousand rand a month of shopping in between branches would be a drop in the puddle but this isn't the customer service I believe Mr. Price wants to be known for...
