Siphindile Whatsapp Support

Terrible customer service. Whatsapp support Siphindile decided to resolve a problem which they never even cared to know what the question was because I took 2 minutes to reply. Tried again got in touch an hour later to have Siphindile resolve the same unresolved problem without even trying. Why does this person even work there? To be on whatsapp all day resolving issues which are not resolved. Management need to keep track of these conversations and so called resolved conversations because twice nothing was resolved.
