Shoddy Service

I was at Mr P sport mall of Africa for a refund on the 13th of April 2019, the cashier and Manager were struggling to use my card my then they said I should tap it, I tapped it and it required my pin code.

A slip was issued and I was told that the refund was done, today is the 3rd day no refund.

The call centre agents are just as useless if not more ***********.

I want my money back NOW.

Store manager is Khethiwe and the cashier who helped me is Siyabonga a pregnant lady.
