Shocking and Unacceptable Service

I am beyond annoyed and disappointed with the shocking, unacceptable service from Mr Price Sport online orders. My order has been with their Courier "City Couriers" since 8 September 2022. I called the call centre on 15 Sept and was promised that the order was on route to the store. This purchase was a gift for Saturday, 17 Sept and on calling the call centre on Saturday morning, I was once again promised that the parcel would be ready for my collection. Today is 19 September and I still do not have my parcel, and had to face embarrassment on Saturday attending the celebration without a gift.
