Shocker!

I selected and paid for the item online. 9 days later I am simply sent an email stating that my order is cancelled. No apology. No note about a refund. Just cancelled. And this is after I had followed up yesterday. When I purchased the item it said 5 business days delivery. It took them 9 days to tell me they didn't have stock. And just to put the cherry on top, this was my son's birthday present.
