service is poor

The staff at Mr Price Sport Northgate are so unprofessional and lack customer service, i called the store and the person who answered couldn't hear me, i asked that they increase the volume on the phone and she just put the phone aside and left me holding on, now I pay for my calls so what unacceptable customer service is this? The Mr Price in Woodmead doesnt answer the phone, why should we purchase from Mr Price Sport when we cannot the the customer service required.
