SENT ON A WILD GOOSE CHASE AND RUDE

Last week friday I wrote a report on mr price home, game, pick and pay and debbie mouton jewlers. All company's contacted me regarding complaints and where respectful and wanted to set things right. However mr price treated me like a ******** and refused to think outside the box in order to correct a shoe lace issue. It may seem like a patheticaly small issue but money is momey and my time is money. I explained to them I get one day off every two weeks and work very long hours for little money. I refuse to spend my one day off and instead of spending time with loved ones run around and get slips and take pictures and reply to emails ect. There response to me is upsetting. I wont shop there any more. I used to love them.
