Ridiculously high delivery charges

I have left numerous messages on your contact form, i even spoke to a very unhelpful lady in your call centre, i need to buy an item for R600 and the delivery fee is R350, that is 58% of the item i need to buy! This is ridiculous, how can one charge such high delivery fees?
