Ridiculous and disgusting service at Mr Price Sports @ Fourways mall

I paid my account at Mr Price Home, after an hour I decided to go to Mr Price Sport in fourways mall to buy some sporting clothes , when I get to the till I am told that the amount has not yet reflected on their system . What is most ridiculous is that Mr Price home and Mr Price sport are the same company had I swiped my card at Edgars and went to buy something at Jet stores the payment would’ve reflected and I would’ve been able to Use my account ( speaking from experience) . Even after proof of payment was supp**** there was nothing they could’ve done to even try to override . The staff didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience as they all looked like they didn’t know what they were doing and had the decency to tell me to come back after a few days after the payment has reflected. I’m under the impressions that this is the same system, if I can use my card all over the country I can sure as hell have a payment reflected as soon as it was done especially if I swiped my card had I made an EFT it would’ve been a different story I would understand, but the lack of professionalism and pathetic Service isn’t worth my money. This is nonsense!!!!
