refused refund

I bought a pair of sport shorts in Secunda and did not have time to wear but only realised on the 20 November 2017 when to wear the shorts that they are torn next to the pocket. i went to the Secunda Branch and was helped by Leah the Assistant Manager who was as rude as i cannot imagine\, threw the she short on the side and told me she will not refund me. i know R140 is not much but I can donate it to charity not to a rude AM.

I demand my money and will never set foot in that shop.
